I’ve been in real estate for over twenty-four years and licensed as a real estate salesperson/broker for over twenty. I started working at the office while in school and quickly realized I should be on the other side of the desk. Within months, I earned awards and ranked in the top tier within my office. I went on to obtain my Broker’s license and become a Manager, where I was in charge of training, coaching, and mentoring agents.
